### Policy Details:


1. **Final Sale:** All purchases are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with style, fit, or color.


2. **Exchanges:** We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to arrange for an exchange. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.


3. **Custom Orders:** Custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds under any circumstances.


4. **Sale Items:** Items purchased on sale or during a promotional event are not eligible for exchange or refund.


5. **Process for Exchange:** To initiate an exchange, please email our customer service team at alpha@eberebyalpha.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue, along with photographic evidence of any defects or damage. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.


6. **Shipping Costs:** The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged.
